Project management

I am able to manage a lot of projects, big and small. My approach is always one of transparency regarding risk, investment and benefits. I aim to tackle risks early in a project and continually monitor them against agreed thresholds and decision points.

To achieve this, is by making informed decision.  I help by providing the evidence, and advice to assist you in key decisions relating to all aspects of the project. I believe in project plans that targeted prototyping at increasing levels of resolution and that build in opportunities for validating findings and proposals with the end user.

Throughout a project, I bring substantial experience in communication, resourcing and milestone management. I understand the difference in nature between explorartory projects and delivery projects, each requiring a different balance of pragmatism and freedom.

My project planning and management structures provide you with highest probability of successfully delivering innovation.
