Product design for business-to-business brands

For commercial and industrial products, the purchaser, owner and user are normally separated. This makes for complex, and often contradictory, stakeholders relationships, spanning purchase, installation, usage, maintenance adn disposal.User research allow me to explore and understand these complex stakeholder interactions. From the insights gained I/ weare able to balance and prioritise ease of use against, for example, ease of installation and ease of maintenance.
